In response to Tampa police, Charles Kenneth Reynolds was hit by a car simply earlier than 9 p.m. on northbound Lois Avenue, simply south of West LaSalle Road.
The car struck Reynolds and his bicycle within the roadway.
Officers stated Reynolds was pronounced lifeless on the scene. The driving force of the car remained on the scene.
An investigation is ongoing and no expenses have been filed presently.
