Bucs, USF to play football this weekend in Tampa

There shall be soccer in Tampa this weekend. 

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will get their storm-delayed season began Sunday at Raymond James Stadium. And the College of South Florida will resume its season Friday at RayJay towards Illinois. 

The groups – and the Bay space and state – have been caught in Hurricane Irma’s wrath through the weekend. 

There have been some questions on video games being performed this weekend as a result of storm injury and widespread energy outages.

The Bucs’ recreation at Miami, scheduled for final Sunday, was postponed due Irma’s strategy on South Florida. That recreation might be performed in November.

“Internet hosting the sport is essential to us,” stated Bucs’ CEO Brian Ford. “Tampa Bay has been by way of quite a bit over the previous few days.”

In the meantime, No. 22 South Florida is also resuming follow Tuesday and can play host to Illinois on Friday at 7 p.m.

“We’re assured that Friday’s recreation can proceed safely as scheduled with out impacting the restoration efforts,” stated USF athletic director Mark Harlan.
