EPHRATA, Lancaster County — 4 individuals have been charged with conspiring to assault an Ephrata Excessive Faculty scholar in March, in line with Ephrata Borough Police.
Police say the great investigation of the incident included interviews with multiple students, amassing evidence — together with a knife and notes — and a forensic search of cellular phones. The investigation was launched when faculty officers discovered of a plan to assault a scholar and found a knife on one of many students allegedly concerned.
Over the course of the investigation, police decided that a group of students had a plan to assault a selected scholar in a restroom at the highschool.
Dale L. Beachy, 18, of Akron, was charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and legal conspiracy to commit easy assault. Also charged with those offenses have been a 15-yr-previous male and a sixteen-yr-previous feminine.
As well as, a 14-yr-previous male was charged with possession of a weapon on faculty property, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit easy assault.
