The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Workplace is investigating a deputy-concerned crash Saturday night time.

The crash occurred round 10:forty p.m. at Walsingham Street and Seminole Blvd. in Largo.
In line with officers, Deputy Erin Nestor was touring southbound on Seminole Blvd. in a marked Chevrolet Tahoe together with her emergency lights and sirens activated, responding to a name for help, when she was hit.
Officers stated John Clark, sixty nine, was touring east after exiting from the Niagro Faucet Bar and Grill and made a proper hand flip to go southbound on Seminole Blvd. proper into the trail of Deputy Nestor, inflicting the crash.
Clark was transported to Largo Medical Middle Hospital for non-life threatening accidents.
Deputy Nestor was handled on the scene for minor accidents, officers stated.
Investigators stated impairment seems to be an element within the crash. After Clark was handled and launched from the hospital, he admitted to consuming alcohol previous to the crash.
Clark’s blood alcohol degree was a .114/.106 and he was arrested on expenses of driving underneath the affect.
