Nesconset man found doing laundry in parish house, cops say


A priest in Nesconset returned to his parish home Monday night time to discover a man inside doing laundry, police stated.

The person fled the home on Previous Nichols Street subsequent to Parish of the Holy Cross church about eight:15 p.m., abandoning his pockets and different private gadgets, Suffolk County police stated.

Canine officers tracked down Philip Magalhaes, 37, of Nesconset a short while and arrested him, police stated.

Magalhaes, who had two lively warrants, was charged with legal trespass, police stated.

Police didn’t specify the character of the lively warrants or present different particulars.
