Passengers evacuated from stuck roller coaster

There have been some scary moments for passengers on a roller coaster Saturday in Illinois.

The coaster at Six Flags Nice America in Gurnee, northwest of Chicago, was making its initial ascent when it all of the sudden stopped shifting.

The amusement park stated the coaster’s safety sensors stopped the experience. Further particulars were not made obtainable.

All passengers have been safely evacuated and no accidents have been reported.

The park stated the coaster might be completely inspected before resuming operations.
