Suspect charged in Polk County porch thefts

A suspect has been arrested in a string of incidents during which Amazon packages have been taken from the porches of houses.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Workplace stated Elise Rosa, 18, of Davenport, was charged with 4 counts of unoccupied residential housebreaking, one rely of occupied residential housebreaking and 5 counts of petit theft.
