Tampa Police searching for hotel robberies suspect

Tampa Police are looking for an armed suspect needed in reference to three lodge robberies.

  • Robberies occurred Nov. 20, Dec. eleven, and Dec. 12
  • Suspect seen carrying NY Yankees backpack
  • No accidents, no indication but how a lot cash stolen

The primary theft occurred on Nov. 20 on the Days Inn location at 2905 North fiftieth Road about four:30 a.m.

Police stated a person walked in sporting a hoodie to cowl his face. He pointed a gun on the entrance desk clerk and demanded cash. He then took off on foot.

On Dec. eleven, police stated a suspect who seems to be the identical man robbed the High quality Inn situated at 2708 North fiftieth Road at three:thirteen a.m.

The newest incident occurred on Dec. 12 at three:fifty three p.m.. Police stated an armed man entered the West Wing Lodge at 2501 East Fowler Avenue, and robbed the clerk there.

In all three instances, the suspect was carrying a New York Yankees backpack.

Nobody was injured and police aren’t saying how a lot cash the person received away with.
